Why Do We Yawn?

A new study suggests that yawning prevents us from getting hot headed. It is said that yawning pumps air into our brain which keeps its temperature lower. The brain has to stay cool to work well, so yawning could help that. They say yawning can also help sinuses, and that is something they will want to research further.
