Is Social Jet Lag Harming Your Health?

Social jet lag is a term used to describe the different sleep schedule on weekdays versus the weekend. It is a confliction between the body and social clock. The wider the gap between weekday and weekend schedule showed a rise in obesity, along with  diabetes and other health problems.
