Dangerous Sun Exposure

Cancer is a relevant and very important topic in today's society. Skin cancer is one of the most talked about and widespread cancers in society. As awareness is increased, more and more  people are trying to encourage prevention through safe sun exposure. Only 37% of women and 15% men reported using sunscreen regularly in 2010 and half of adults ages 18-29 have been sunburned in the past year. Is society's perception of having tanned skin leading to this?
