Scientist at the Cincinnati Children’s hospital medical center and the
Ulm University of Germany have found that hematopoietic stem cells of HSC can
be rejuvenated to be younger. HSCs are
stem cells that generate all of the body’s red and white blood cells and
originate in the bone marrow. They are
very important for supporting the immune system. One day, scientists are hoping to off set the
ageing process and this discover is helping lead the way to eternal life.
