Social Jet-Lag

As a busy college student, I barely ever get more than 5 hours of sleep and my sleep schedule is never consistent. Recently the term social jet-lag has been coined to explain having a different sleep schedule on weekdays versus the weekend. This really confuses our bodies and may lead to weight gain and other health concerns.
