Another Reason to Eat Healthy

It is common knowledge that a healthy diet includes fruits and vegetables. A study from Brigham Hospital should reinforce the importance of berries in your diet. Over a two year interval, elderly women who had a high intake of blueberries and strawberries showed a delay in memory decline. These findings suggest that simple dietary actions can reduce the memory decline in older adults.
