Another Reason to Eat Healthy
It is common knowledge that a healthy diet includes fruits and
vegetables. A study from Brigham Hospital should reinforce the
importance of berries in your diet. Over a two year interval, elderly
women who had a high intake of blueberries and strawberries showed a
delay in memory decline. These findings suggest that simple dietary
actions can reduce the memory decline in older adults. This is
especially important when considering all the people who are becoming
"elders" as the baby boomer generation continues to age.http://www.biologynews.net/archives/2012/04/27/berries_keep_your_brain_sharp.html
