Huge Sunspot Aimed at Earth- Eruption Imminent?

A huge, erupting active spot of the sun is now directly oriented at Earth.  The spot is of enormous proportions, as it is bigger than Jupiter.  In addition, the spot has been experiencing intense magnetic activity, which triggers large flares.  If a coronal mass ejection occurred in the direction of Earth, we could be severely impacted.
