Toothed Whales Use Solar Beaming

New research has shown that toothed whales use solar beaming for finding their prey. They make noises and listen for sounds that echo off of other things in their surrounding. Now scientists now figured out that these whales can take the clicking noise they normally use to communicate with others and focus it into beams of sonar and track fast-moving prey.
