A recent study shows that exercising has a notable impact on your desire to eat. The study selected a number of people to bike for an hour and another group to relax, both groups were then shown pictures of food and those who biked had a reduced "appetite" for the images shown. Other studies have shown mixed results, leading researchers to question what effect is typical, but all agree that exercise is beneficial and has a direct link to our desire to dine.
