Deprived Dozing and Damaging Consequences

Recent studies further link lack of sleep to an increased risk for health problems later in life. One such study shows that people who get less than 5 hours of sleep consistently have a higher risk for type 2 Diabetes. Working 3 or more night shifts a month may also have the same effect, adding another thing to the list of why night hours are no fun.
