Eating Disoders and the Brain
This is a very interesting article that comes from the Chicago Tribune. It is about how our brains respond to food and how these responses can help with eating disorders. By using the information obtained by the study discussed in the article, patients with eating disorders will hopefully be able to have a personalized plan on how to become healthy. The research in this article states that there are deficits in different areas of the brain, this results in people eating too much or too little. The research presented will hopefully create solutions in which people can control their eating better.
