This article is regarding how our brain is involved in eating disorders such as obesity. They state that every choice regarding eating is regulated by a reward system in the brain; "Even in individuals who do not have eating disorders, there are areas of the brain that assist in evaluating the reward value of different foods, which in turn plays a role in the decisions we make about which foods to". They even discuss how people with different taste palette are more susceptible to eating disorders like obesity.
