Our brains on food: From anorexia to obesity and everything in between

This article is regarding how our brain is involved in eating disorders such as obesity.  They state that every choice regarding eating is regulated by a reward system in the brain; "Even in individuals who do not have , there are areas of the brain that assist in evaluating the reward value of different foods, which in turn plays a role in the decisions we make about which foods to".  They even discuss how people with different taste palette are more susceptible to eating disorders like obesity.
