In a society where cancer is extremely prevalent, we learn about what might be causing this to be so widespread. In biology, we read and learned about many different things can help increase people's chances of getting cancer including smoking, a bad diet, and excessive sun exposure. Recently, more and more experts are beginning to find an increased amount of evidence that exercise and better sleeping habits help prevent cancer from coming back.
