Many have raised this question in the past, and here is a
study that shows that exercise generally does not make you over eat, it actually does the opposite. According to the study, “responsiveness to
food cues was significantly reduced after exercise…and the reduction was spread
over many different regions of the brain”.
However, many still report the feeling of excess hunger after exercise,
so it is still in question why many report this feeling yet brain activity
shows the opposite- interesting!
