Walk More, Snack Less
A new study showed that a 15 minute walk per day can cut your desire to snack in chocolate, by half! This is based on a survey done at Exeter University. The studied showed, that those who walked more, ate less chocolate when they were snacking at work- especially in stressful situations. The study took 78 chocolate fanatics, and split them up. They were immersed in a stressful working environment for two days. Half the people took a brisk 15 minute walk on a treadmill before completing a task, and the other half were given a simple task to do. Those who were forced to exercise before work ate much less chocolate. So walk more, eat less!
