Vitamin D Prevents Fractures, But Role in Cancer Remains Unclear

Vitamin D is known to prevent osteoporosis and bone fractures. Different studies have suggested that vitamin D might cause cancer or prevent cancer. In this study scientists attempted to solve the puzzle, but concluded "we just don't have good enough information" to determine whether or not or how much vitamin D could prevent cancer.
