Prejudice Comes From a Basic Human Need and Way of Thinking, New Reasearch Suggestions
Prejudice in this article is being linked to our need of categorizing the world but also from our need to know things. It talks about how certain individual hate uncertainty in which causes them to want to make a quick decision fast. It is our basic way of thinking to relay on the information we have available even if it may incorrect to make a decision or judgment on a person. Therefore it is difficult to change how people think. This is a new way of think of how prejudice exist and how it comes to be. The tradition thought has been that prejudice comes from ideology.
