More On Obesity....

We all know that if you exercise and eat well your heart will be healthier. But even those who are already obese, and even those with diabetes, can still improve their heat function. Studies show that a restricted calorie diet improves heart function for obese patients with type two diabetes. Careful dieting can eliminate a patients insulin dependence, and bring them to a healthier weight. Your calorie intake affects your pericardial fat, which is a visceral fat compartment around the heart that determines your cardiac function. So in order to keep a healthy heart, eat right!
