A recent study by scientist might be the one that could potentially end Alzheimer's disease. In the future, there could be a pill that resorts memory or negate the effects of Alzheimer's disease. The test subjects in this case were rats that had their PKR suppressed. When suppressed, the mouses had better memory results. The goal one day would be to create a PKR suppressor drug that would help people with memory loss gain them back.
