Love red meat? Cutting back just a bit helps heart

Eating a lot of red meat can lead to high cholesterol and heart diseases. Replacing a couple servings of red meat with fish and nuts can go a long way in terms of one's health. In a study of an average of 26 years, in which 2, 210 women died from heart attacks, 952 had heart disease. Cutting back from eating 2 to 3 servings a day to just 3 to 4 a week can decreases chances of heart disease by 30 percent. A little bit will go a long way.
