As cold and flu season begins, you can guard against germs and infected people

During the winter season, germs travel easily from people to people, especially when spending time together is mostly indoors. Sneezing and coughing can spread germs to other places such as door knobs, escalators, railings, and more which makes transmitting it to more people easier. 200,000 people get hospitalized for having the flu every year. Fever from a flu is a lot more severe than a common cold. Preventatives such washing hands frequently with warm water and soap for 20 seconds or using hand sanitizer can reduce the number of people getting the flu drastically.
