Exercise Info, Not Calorie Counts, Helps Teens Drop Sodas

What if you knew you'd have to jog for 50 minutes to burn off those calories? 


It takes fifty minutes of jogging to burn off just one soda.  This is the information that is helping people to stop drinking soda, something that the health world has been trying to convince the public for years.  They tested this information and it was more effective that putting signage up about the number of calories soda has (avg 250), or that it accounts for 11% of the average daily intake.
