From a new Harvard study, 25 percent of the three thousand male subjects had anorexic or bulimia and about 40 percent of the men had a binge-eating problem. This is definitely an increase from previous studies. Binge-eating is the only one of the three eating disorders that is still not associated as a psychiatric disorder, unlike bulimia nervosa and anorexic nervosa.
