Green tea has a lot of antioxidants, leading many people to believe that it has significant health benefits. Some believe that tea can help with disease prevention and boost your immune system. Others, however, completely disagree, and think that high tea consumption can be detrimental to ones health because of the binding affects and caffeine content. Who do you believe?
