Watching Less TV, Being More Active and Sleeping More Is Linked to a Healthy Body Weight in Young Children

During the time children watch more TV, they more likely consume higher- fat and higher sugar-diets. Children spend less time on watching and be active in their leisure time, are more likely to eat healthily.
