This study was researched by Mayur Ranchordas. It’s an article about how caffeine and carbohydrate combine together which bring higher work intensity for the sprints, shooting accuracy and dribbling during footballers stimulating soccer activity. As a result, Mayur advises soccer players to drink a carbohydrate drink with caffeine instead of just a carbohydrate drink.
