Low-Carbon Technology 'will not mean big bill rises'

Government advisers say that people are wrong who claim that the costs of wind farms and other low-carbon technology will lead to sharp rises in fuel bills. About 1.5 million in the UK are in fuel debt currently.  Officials have said that the reason energy bill costs have risen over the past few years has been largely due to wholesale gas costs.
