Is Plate Color Key to Weightloss?

This article does a study on whether you put more on your plate depending on what plate color you use.  This study had some people use red plates and some people use white plates.  They each got to put their own food on their plates.  The plates were then taken away from the person and weighed in a room that was out of sight.  It was found that people with red plates put a measurable amount of more food on their plates.
