Is Drinking Too Much Water Messing with Your Workouts?

A recent study by Loyola scientist, Dr. James Wigner, suggest that people are over drinking these days. He stated that our body preforms better when we are a little dehydrated. Being over hydrated hinders our body to preform in aerobic situations. Dr. Wigner clearly stated that people should not stop drinking water because of his finding, but he being over hydrated could be detrimental for athletes.
