About 30,000 French women received breast implants that could cause health risks. Some reports say that it has not been decided yet whether or not they will be removed, while others say that the decision to take them out has already been made. These PIP implants have a higher rate of rupture than other implants do. Eight cases of cancer have already been found in women with these implants, but some officials say that this is unrelated to the implants. Most health officials are urgently advising for all of these implants to be removed.
