Eating Food That’s Better for You, Organic or Not

Organic food is generally free of synthetic substances; contains not antibodies and hormones; has not been irradiated or fertilized with sewage sledge; was raised without the use of most conventional pesticides; and contains no genetically modified ingredients. The importance of organic food is bigger and bigger in American life. Eating organic food not only good for human health, but also it is good for our land. To decrease the use of fertilization or something like that, our land would become healthier. But even though you don’t eat organic food, you still can be healthy because organic don’t stand for heath. Even some junk food are made from organic vegetables or meat, they are still junk food.
