Chocolate Helps Heart Disease
Some new studies are suggesting that people who eat a lot of chocolate have lower chances of having heart disease and stroke. The anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in chocolate are responsible for this, in addition to the relaxing feeling of treating yourself to some chocolate. However, due to high amounts of sugar and fat in most chocolates it is not suggested to eat a lot of chocolate to be healthy. This is a preliminary study in this direction, only pointing out that there is some correlation between the two.
