Bedbugs Are Not Averse To Inbreeding

Now is the time of year where people are looking for new housing, or re-signing their leases. But before you go forth, think about the ever-present possibility of bed bugs infesting your new home. New research has shown that bed bugs are able to inbreed. Most bed bug infestations are caused by one female bug who plants many eggs. However, this new research shows that bed bugs can inbreed, causing them to multiply even more rapidly. This discovery shows that they are becoming immune to basic insecticides. So be careful!
