Bacteria's Shield Used Against Itself

German scientists have found a way to turn a pathogenic bacteria's own shield against itself. This forms a natural kind of vaccine, specifically for meningococcal diseases, in particular meningitis B. Although this kind of work with bacteria could possible create super bacteria, it also gives us more power against them and makes vaccines even more important than before.
