208 Species Discovered

In only one year, 208 species have been discovered in the “Mekong region”. This includes Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos. These included a monkey and a self-cloning lizard. These lizards are all female. 5 species of carnivorous plants were also discovered and can eat things like birds, lizards and rodents. Many of the species are at risk due to deforestation.
