Tracking the Next Killer Flu


A new type of the killer flu has been traced to Southeast Asia and is taking the lives of many birds. The picture shows a farmer waiting to get his ducks checked for the virus. The virus, for now classified as a version of H1N1, is spreading into public domains and affecting larger populations. Scientists are researching vaccinations to stop this bird-flu virus before an pandemic strikes.
