Many people tend to fall asleep during the subway ride in NYC. Scientist wondered if they could even get any sleep restoration from this little "nap". So they conducted an experiment where one would fall asleep on the train as the other scientist would conduct and see the actions of the brainwaves. They concluded that with in 10 minutes, you could get 3 and a half of stage 2 sleep which can get you a little bit of restoration sleep. But just a little.
