Stop Food Cravings Through Imaginary Eating?

According to a new research study, imagining eating a certain food will reduce your interest in it and therefore cause you to eat it a lot less. This new study may lead to new behavioral techniques for people looking to control overeating or other addictive behaviors such as smoking.
