Sleepy Secrets

Scientists have been actively researching the 'sleep hormone' melatonin and have had a massive breakthrough. They've verified that this hormone plays a large role in providing a deeper, more refreshing sleep in people. They've developed and experimental drug to help insomniacs and others with sleep disorders gain more from what little sleep they're able to get. Scientists also believe that melatonin may have some relationship with narcolepsy and are pursuing further research to examine how exactly this hormone is created in the body.
Something college students should be thankful for!
