Title: Orangutans Shed Light on Obesity in People
Summary: Orangutans eat a lot of fruit and put on extra pounds for the later years. Commonly, humans over eat so they have found it interesting to study orangutans. These studies have helped them understand obesity. When the fruit is scarce they eat bark and in the urine they could see that body was metabolizing the extra fat and burning fat for energy. They believe there might be a link between why they store food and why we do today (because we needed to in our past).
