Life’s First Spark Re-Created in the Laboratory


Thanks to modern science, we know the components of life. But we don't know how it came to be or how to make those components ourselves. Researchers at the University of Manchester, however, have made a breakthrough. They have discovered a method for making RNA from its basic components. This is a huge leap for science and has many practical applications.
