Scientists at NASA are testing ways to harpoon into a comet. This isn't an easy task because of the texture of the comets and size. Careful research must be taken now because this is an expensive project. If a harpoon missed or couldn't attach to a comet, it would be wasted resources and time. NASA scientist want to harpoon into a comet to find vital resources on the make up or it. This information would provide scientist with the data to advance space research.
