Groups File Suit Over French School Lunch 'Vegetarian Ban'

In France, a complaint and lawsuit have been brought up against the government decree on school lunches. They claim that the school lunches are discriminating against the family that don't want their children to eat meat or dairy. The governmental decree makes schools follow a strict guideline that they have to meet minimum nutritional requirements. Included in these requirements is a protein: meat, fish, eggs, cheese, etc. People objecting to this requirement because they say you can get protein not only from dairy or meat products.
