Greenland rose faster as 100 billion tons of ice melted away

This article reports that southern Greenland lost 100 billion tons of ice due to an unusually warm summer in 2010 according to researchers at a network of GPS stations. Because of this ice melting from Greenland, a global sea level also increased about .01 inches.
