Creationism Dig Violated Student’s Rights


When we started this class, we talked about ideas like NOMA and separating religion from science. However in other types of classes, there are no safeguards like this. In a high school history class, a student talked about creationism and the teacher called it “superstitious nonsense.” The US District Court ruled that this violated the student's first amendment right to free speech.
