This article relates to our debate topic today about global warming and the greenhouse effect. Countries have come up with a plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; however, this plan will not be in effect until after 2020. They are afraid that if we keep going at the rate we're going with emissions, some serious damage may be done to the Earth.
