The United Nations has formed a group of scientists called the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in order to gather data and scientific findings on global warming. They have found that carbon dioxide has had more than a 20% increase in the past 20 years. To understand all the effects of this issue and to maintain its progression, the group measured greenhouse gasses and their heat-trapping abilities.
