"Human-on-a-chip"

Scientist may have discovered a new, more efficient way to test drugs before releasing them for human use.  Instead of using the typical animal testing system that we rely on now, a scientific emergence may provide a way to test these drugs on human systems, without endangering humans.  Using stem cells, scientists have created neuromuscular junctions for the fist time ever, which is being referred to as human-on-a-chip.  It is basically a model of how organs work and provide a source for medical treatment testing.
