The first Mars launch in four years, and possibly the last due to our budget crisis, was a success on November 26th! We have not launched a rover for going on four years now, as funding for the space program is scarce. However, the success of this launch was exciting fro scientists and curious people everywhere. The rover is called "Mars Science Laboratory" launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida. This rover is huge, weighing one ton and is about the size of a car. This rover's main mission is to investigate the possible existence of microscopic life on Mars.
