What is shown in this picture is a test subject in the Air Force who is having very mild electrical currents (2 milliamperes) sent to her brain during a video training session. Studies have found that this accelerates learning. Could this be an end to other harmful and drug induced methods of doubling the speed of learning? If this method is in fact safe and effective it could help a lot of people.
